The Peddler
Every week on a sunny Sunday at the village, the Peddler will have a table set up near the main entrance. If you place an item on the table before 5:00 pm, he may buy it from you, usually at a higher price than if you were to ship it.
If you get a girl to at least 5 hearts, he will sell the Blue Feather at his shop for 1,000G.

The Hawker
The hawker will come to your ranch 3 times during the course of the game.
- Sell a chicken to the livestock dealer during fall of year 1 or 2. Once you put a chicken in the pen at your ranch, the hawker will come. If you decide to give the chicken to the hawker, he will trade you a Power Berry for it.
- Starting on year 2, on the first morning that you have 30,000G, the hawker will come by and offer to sell you a "money" tree for 20,000G. This is actually a bell tree that will call your cows in.
- Sell a cow to the livestock dealer in year 2 or 3, any season. Once you put a cow in the pen at your ranch, the hawker will come and trade you magic beans for it. Plant the seed at the top of the mountain during spring. Just use Y with it equipped next to the mound. Then, exit the top of the mountain and re-enter it to find a Beanstalk has grown. If you climb it, you will find a Golden Chicken. Talk to it and it will ask you if you're working hard. Say "yes" and you will receive the Golden Egg, which you will automatically take to the Peddler. He will give you 10,000G for it.
